Welcome to Colin Ashby's Pet Portraits

I would like to welcome you and hope that you will be happy with the services and quality of artwork that I provide. I specialize in painting and sketching exquisite pet portraits, which include horse portraits in pastel, oils or graphite/pencil using photographs as a reference. Commissions of people, landscapes, wildlife and buildings can also be organised. You can look through the various galleries to find samples of this work.

Services :

No prepayment is required and only quality materials are used which are guaranteed to last a life time. All pastel and graphite portraits will be mounted for presentation and protection. This means that you can give the portrait as a gift without having to frame it as it is perfectly presentable.

Framing:

I use a very good, fully guilded framer whose prices are very reasonable should you require this service. Naturally, there will be a cost for post and packaging for framing but you would have the comfort of knowing that you do not have to do anything else once you have recieved your art work.
